1. Chameleon Cold Brew
It has been so hot this week in L.A. that I have had no desire to drink hot coffee in the morning. I've been having this cold brew all week. It has a delicious hint of chocolate AND is unsweetened. Double win. I blogged about it earlier this month, so you can read all about it here.
2. FitBit Flex
I love this little gadget. I use my FitBit Flex daily and even wear it to bed because it tracks my sleep. Having this is especially motivating because my coworkers and I do weekly step challenges, so this helps me keep moving on days I want to veg out.
3. FitBit Flex Bracelet
When I'm at work in a professional setting, I pop my flex out of the rubber band and put it in my Tory Burch FitBit Bracelet so it blends in with my other jewelry. It comes in gold, rose gold, and silver.
4. Kate: The Future Queen by Katie Nicholl
I just started reading this book because I love all things Kate. I even have a Pinterest board dedicated to her fabulous style. :) You can find the book here.
5. My Fitness Pal App
I've been using this app daily since I started working out more consistently. I love how I can scan in food labels instead of manually adding something I just ate. It also shows you your macros (percentage and grams of carbs, fat and protein) and your nutrients, so you can easily see if you're short on anything.
