Macaroons are seriously everywhere, and seriously tasty AND cute to look at. If only they weren't so darn expensive! Apparently it's because they contain almond and because they're tricky to make. One day I'll master baking them. Until then, I will enjoy them from Bottega Louie, which has the best macaroons in all of L.A. I might have spent $50 on macaroons during my last visit there. Oops. Side note: their food is pretty darn good too.
