Is there no originality left?

Has anyone else noticed the sudden sprout of anything and everything vampire-related? It's quite annoying. This, I'm sure, stems from the popularity of the Twilight book series and movies.

Granted, there's nothing wrong with a book series, but now everywhere I look, there's something vampire-related: Vampire Diaries, HBO's True Blood, some Cirque de Soleil vampire movie, various books, and who knows what else will pop up next.

My point is, there's a limit for everything...and the vampire obsession is getting a bit old. It's time to move on, Hollywood.
